WARMS BODY AND MIND Golden Milk

Ingredients: 4 cl Inge ginger syrup, 300 ml oat milk, Turmeric (2 cm large), ginger (1cm large), 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Freshly Ground, 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, and 1 pinch of freshly ground nutmeg

Golden milk not only tastes delicious and warms the mind and body, it is also said to be incredibly healthy. The perfect drink for the cold season!

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a fine consistency. If the consistency is not fine enough, pour the turmeric milk through a fine sieve.

Pour the turmeric milk into a saucepan and heat it. Do not let it boil and let it simmer on a low heat for about three minutes.

If you like, you can then froth the golden milk with a milk frother. This will make it even creamier.
