Web analysis with Google Analytics 4

Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google Analytics 4 uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer. The information generated about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymization on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website and to regularly improve it. Using the statistics obtained, we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

As an alternative to the browser plug-in, you can click this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you must click the link again.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Facebook pixel

Facebook Pixel for creating custom audiences (without Cookie Consent Tool)
Our online offering uses the so-called “Facebook pixel” of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”).
If a user clicks on an ad placed by us that is displayed on Facebook, an extension is added to the URL of our linked page using Facebook Pixel. If our page allows data to be shared with Facebook via Pixel, this URL parameter is written into the user's browser using a cookie that our linked page itself sets. This cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data to be forwarded to Facebook.
With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors to our online offering as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to only display the Facebook ads placed by us to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined based on the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interests of users and do not appear annoying. In this way, we can further evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook advertisement (so-called "conversion").
The data collected is anonymous to us and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook.
The data processing associated with the use of the Facebook pixel is carried out due to our overriding legitimate interest in the evaluation, optimization and economic operation of our online offering as well as our advertising measures in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
The information generated by Facebook is usually transferred to a Facebook server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Facebook Inc. in the USA. To object to the collection by the Facebook pixel and the use of your data to display Facebook ads in general, you can set an opt-out cookie by clicking on the link below, which deactivates Facebook pixel tracking:
deactivate Facebook pixel
This opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click the link above again.
To the extent legally required, we have obtained your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the processing of your data as described above. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please follow the option for making an objection described above.

social media plugins

Some of our pages contain plugins from social networks.
The plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the server of the respective social network as soon as you visit our website. This gives the operator of the network the information that you have visited our site using your IP address. The data is passed on regardless of whether you have an account with the respective network and are logged in there. If you are logged in to the network, the data we collect from you will be assigned directly to your user account stored there. If you click the button and, for example, link to the page, the network also saves this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using social networks.
Through the plugins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plugins is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
We have no influence on the data collected and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data collection, the purposes of the processing, or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by the respective network. You can find further information on this in the data protection declaration of the respective network.

integration of Google Maps

We have integrated maps from the provider Google Maps on our website. The purpose of this is to make it easier for interested customers to find the retailers who sell Inge. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, other data such as your IP address is transmitted to Google. This occurs regardless of whether Google logs you into a Google user account or whether you do not have a user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your Google profile to be assigned to you, you should log out before viewing our website. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; you must contact Google to exercise this right.
Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

MyFonts Counter

We also use fonts from the provider MyFonts on this website. Due to the license terms of MyFonts and for statistical purposes, the MyFonts Counter is used, a web analysis service from MyFonts Inc., 500 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801, USA. Page view tracking is carried out by counting the number of visits to our website for statistical purposes and transmitting it to MyFonts. MyFonts only collects anonymized data. The data is passed on based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. To prevent the execution of Java script codes and thus the transmission of usage data to MyFonts altogether, you can install a Java script blocker (e.g. www.noscript.net). For more information about MyFonts Counter, please see MyFonts' privacy policy at http://www.myfonts.com/info/terms-and-conditions/#Privacy

Revocation of consent and objection to the processing of your data

We would like to point out that you can revoke any consent you have given to the processing of your data at any time. However, your revocation will not affect data processing that has already taken place, but will only apply to the future.

If we base the processing of your personal data on a balance of interests within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you can object to the processing.
A balancing of interests is carried out in particular if the processing is not necessary to fulfill a contract with you. The legal basis of the respective processing processes can be found in this data protection declaration. If you exercise such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons for this. In the event of a justified objection, we will examine the situation and will either stop or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate reasons on the basis of which we continue the processing.
