GINGER TEA 2.0 Grog with ginger

Ingredients: 3 cl ginger liqueur, 200 ml of water, and 1 teaspoon black tea (Assam, Ceylon, Darjeeling)

Ginger tea with ginger tastes delicious and warms the mind and body. The perfect drink especially for the cold season

Bring 200 ml of water (preferably low-lime water) to the boil. Place the tea loosely in a tea strainer or tea filter, place in a cup or thick-walled glass and pour the boiling water over it.

Allow to brew for about 2-3 minutes (depending on taste). Shorter brewing has an invigorating effect, while longer brewing makes the tea slightly bitter.

Remove the sieve, add 3 cl ginger liqueur and enjoy hot. If you like, you can refine it with rock candy and fresh lemon.
