Ingredients: Prosecco, inge, Ice, mineral water or soda, limes, and basil
Cleverly combined with Prosecco, delicately seasoned with basil – this is how Inge is the trendy spritz favourite at the Bavarian Aperitivo.
Squeeze 2 lime eighths into a bulbous wine glass. Add 3-4 cl of ginger syrup, ice cubes and a little crushed basil. Top up with 0.1 l of Prosecco or white wine and 5 cl of mineral water (or soda). Stir carefully once. Garnish with lime and basil and enjoy a perfect inge.
