VOUCHERS

1.1 inge Manufaktur GmbH offers various types of vouchers: gift vouchers, promotional vouchers and compensation vouchers:

1.1.1 Gift vouchers

1.1.1.1 Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase in our online shop and can only redeem at www.die-inge.de, unless the voucher states otherwise. The gift voucher will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order.

1.1.1.2 Gift vouchers can only be used to purchase products in the inge online shop and not to purchase additional gift vouchers.

1.1.1.3 For technical reasons, inge Manufaktur can only accept one gift voucher per order.

1.1.1.4 Gift vouchers and remaining balances of gift vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year following the year in which the voucher was purchased.

1.1.1.5 If the price of your order exceeds the balance of a gift voucher, you can make up the difference using the payment methods offered. If the price of your order is less than the balance of a gift voucher, you can redeem the remaining balance on your next order.

1.1.1.6 In the event of a contract being reversed - for whatever reason - the purchase price will be refunded by a chargeback to the voucher account and, if applicable, to the additional means of payment used.

1.1.1.7 The gift voucher is transferable.

1.1.1.8 Lost, especially stolen, voucher codes will not be refunded. inge Manufaktur GmbH accepts no liability for lost voucher codes.

1.1.2 Promotional vouchers

1.1.2.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that are issued free of charge as part of advertising campaigns with a specific period of validity and cannot be purchased by you. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed on www.die-inge.de during the specified period, but not for shipping costs. Promotional vouchers may be subject to additional, individual conditions. These will be communicated to you in direct connection with the voucher.

1.1.2.3 First-time registration or new customer vouchers that you receive once for registering on the website www.die-inge.de or for registering in the shop may only be redeemed once per customer account.

1.1.2.4 Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. It is not possible to refund or credit any remaining balance on a promotional voucher if the value of the purchase is less than the voucher value.

1.1.2.5 The promotional voucher is not transferable, will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed again if you return the goods or services paid for in whole or in part with the voucher within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal. If you return ordered goods in part, the voucher value will be distributed proportionately across the ordered goods, i.e. if individual items are returned, the voucher will be credited proportionately to the price of the returned goods and will expire in proportion to the value of the goods. If a voucher is tied to a minimum order value, this must also be reached if goods are partially returned, otherwise the voucher value will not be credited.

1.1.4 Compensation vouchers

1.1.4.1 Compensation vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued by inge Manufaktur at its own discretion as compensation without recognition of any legal obligation.

1.1.4.2 The provisions for promotional vouchers apply accordingly.

1.2 In the event of justified suspicion of fraud or other illegal or unlawful activities in connection with the purchase or redemption of a voucher, inge Manufaktur GmbH may block the corresponding voucher code (even temporarily) or refuse redemption (even temporarily). In the latter case, you have the right to cancel the order.

1.3 It is not possible to pay out the voucher amount, nor to transfer it for value or to subsequently offset it against purchases already made, i.e. before the order process is completed.

1.4 The aforementioned vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.

1.5 Can only be redeemed once. Excludes products that are already reduced. Discount cannot be combined with other voucher promotions.
